Clinic RX may receive information that you deliberately provide when starting a consultation, contacting a clinic or using an available skin-analysis feature. This can include contact details, the clinic or treatment you are interested in, uploaded images and information needed to respond to your request.
Skin-analysis processing
Images submitted to the skin-analysis feature are sent to the configured analysis provider so the requested result can be produced. Do not submit another person's image without their permission. A website-generated analysis is informational and is not a medical diagnosis or a replacement for consultation with a doctor.
Analytics choices
Website analytics remain disabled until you choose to allow them. When allowed, Clinic RX uses analytics to understand page performance and interactions such as consultation, WhatsApp and directions clicks. Names, telephone numbers, uploaded images, free-text consultation messages and skin-analysis results are not sent as analytics event parameters.
